'Virtual' Opening Of New Cambridgeshire Site Sales Office

Taylor Wimpey East Midlands has announced the sales office for its brand new Whittlesey Fields site, in Whittlesey.

Ideally located only one-and-a-half miles from the town’s high street, the development is within easy reach of an abundance of local amenities. As part of the planning agreement for its Whittlesey Fields development, Taylor Wimpey will contribute over £250,000 to Fenland District Council and Cambridgeshire County Council. Whilst £175,000 will go towards support for primary education, £35,850 will be spent on  the management and maintenance of Lattersey Nature Reserve, and over £17,000 will go towards facilities at Whittlesey Library. An additional £28,920 will be spent on off-site footpath works while making further contributions for waste services and legal fees.
