Two House-Hunter Events In East Scotland This Weekend

Keith OsborneTaylor Wimpey is inviting house-hunters in the East of Scotland to visit two of its developments this weekend to see first-hand the range of homes it is bringing to the area.
In Haddington, there’s a chance to go ‘through the keyhole’ at Letham Meadows, situated off Pencaitland Road, where an Open House event will take place on Sunday 19 February from 11.00am until 4.00pm. There’s no need to make an appointment – house-hunters can simply pop along to the development.
As part of this event, buyers can step inside the impressive ‘Hume’ four-bedroom house (plot 180), as well as the popular ‘Fairbairn’ four-bedroom detached home (plot 164), which are both now complete and released for sale. Each comes complete with flooring throughout and integrated kitchen appliances. Potential purchasers have a choice of helpful offers currently available on these new homes. With a choice of a 5% deposit contribution, or a monthly mortgage contribution buyers can choose whichever offer will make a fresh start in a new home easier for them.
Buyers can also pop in to see the ‘Hume’ show home at Letham Meadows, which will also be open to view as part of this event.

Hawthorn Gardens show home
On Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 February, the housebuilder is also opening the doors to some of the homes that are available for sale now at its Hawthorn Gardens development in South Queensferry as part of Edinburgh Council’s Golden Share Scheme.
This Open House event will take place from 11.00am to 4.30pm each day and buyers will get the chance to wear a hard hat to step inside some of the new Golden Share homes that are almost complete and are released for sale now including the ‘Bryce’ three-bedroom mid-terrace and semi-detached homes (plots 75, 78, 84), the ‘Boswell’ three-bedroom end-terrace (plot 81), the ‘Dunlop’ four-bedroom semi-detached home (plot 98). Prices start from £230,000.
Taylor Wimpey’s experienced sales executives will also be available to provide more information about Edinburgh Council’s Golden Share scheme including details of how to qualify, and the process of buying a new home.
