First Phase Selling Out At Fleet Development

Posted 25 January 2022 by Keith Osborne

The first homes at Hartland Village in Hampshire are close to selling out, but a new phase will be launching shortly...

St Edward – part of the former WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year Berkeley Group – has only a few homes in the current phase of its Hartland Village remaining for sale, ahead of a new phase launch next month.

Phase 1 is called Lakeside and only two apartments and a selection of four-bedroom house types are now available, all of which are scheduled to be ready to move into this year. The one-bedroom apartments in Cedar Lodge both start at £285,000 and the family houses range from £755,000 to £805,000.

Hartland Village is a growing new community with new homes aimed at a whole variety of buyers, with one- and two-bedroom apartments that could make a perfect first home or choice for downsizers and a range of houses with three, four or five bedrooms that are ideal for families. All come with an impressive standard specification, including fibre broadband with speeds up to 1GB – an essential for many home workers.

Whether for work or pleasure, Hartland Village offers excellent transport links. Fleet and Farnborough are both a short drive away, both well-served with shops, amenities and leisure options. The towns’ railway stations have regular direct services to the capital and other destinations including Southampton, Portsmouth and Basingstoke. For drivers, Junction 4a of the M3 is only 2.5 miles from home.

All three of the remaining house types are luxury home designs set over three floors. ‘The Ivy’, from £755,000, is a mid-terrace with 1,835 sq ft of living space and ‘The Yew’ is an end-of-terrace starting at £780,000, with 1,975 sq ft of living space. Both have kitchen/dining room and separate sitting room on the ground floor, two en suite double bedrooms on the first floor and two more double bedrooms and a family bathroom on the second floor. ‘The Ash’, from £805,000 comes with an attached single garage and has open-plan kitchen/dining/family room on the ground floor, a living room, bathroom and two double bedrooms on the first floor and two en suite bedrooms on the second floor, with bedroom one having the bonus of a dressing room with fitted wardrobes.

Hartland Village’s Sales & Marketing Suite and show home are open daily from 10.00am to 6.00pm (until 8.00pm on Thursday). A new phase, called Hartland Mews, launches in February. Find out more from St Edward.
