Phase 1 is called Lakeside and only two apartments and a selection of four-bedroom house types are now available, all of which are scheduled to be ready to move into this year. The one-bedroom apartments in Cedar Lodge both start at £285,000 and the family houses range from £755,000 to £805,000.
Hartland Village is a growing new community with new homes aimed at a whole variety of buyers, with one- and two-bedroom apartments that could make a perfect first home or choice for downsizers and a range of houses with three, four or five bedrooms that are ideal for families.
