Summer Event For Newly Released Wallingford Homes
St Edward, part of the WhatHouse? Award-winning Berkeley Group, is launching 70 new homes at its Highcroft site in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, and hosting an event there to celebrate it on Saturday 17 July.
The release of new homes follows a successful first phase at the 555-home neighbourhood, with 17 homes now completed with residents at Highcroft, which is located on the outskirts of the town. A further 14 houses have been sold and are awaiting completion ahead of residents moving in.
The latest phase of homes at Highcroft features a collection of four- and five-bedroom detached houses, as well as three-bedroom semi-detached and terraced houses, with bungalows and two-bedroom houses to be released in the later stages. Each home is uniquely styled and designed to reflect traditional Oxfordshire architecture.
The latest phase of 70 new homes are located near to Highcroft’s allotments, trim trails and sports pitches. These facilities form part of St Edward’s biodiversity enhancements for Highcroft which has already included planting 1,000 new trees and creating habitats for local wildlife.
Charlie Joseph, director at St Edward, said: “Just months after we welcomed our first residents, we are now releasing our latest collection of high-quality homes at Highcroft. This follows increasing buyer demand for the neighbourhood, which is fast becoming a thriving and sustainable new community. We are looking forward to welcoming more new residents and encourage anyone who may be interested to attend our upcoming summer event for a glimpse into life at Highcroft.”
As part of the plans for Highcroft, St Edward is providing Oxfordshire County Council with land to construct a primary school and is helping to set up a new bus service.
Prices currently start at £470,000. Find out more about Highcroft from St Edward.
