First Look At New Homes Development in Moreton-in-Marsh
Spitfire Homes has revealed the first computer generated images of a collection of 250 new homes in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire.
The CGIs of the one-to-five bedroom properties at the Ellenbrook development showcase traditionally-styled exteriors that are sympathetic to the iconic local vernacular synonymous with the Cotswolds. The collection will present a mixture of honey-coloured natural and reconstituted stone and red brickwork, as well as slate roofs, set across attractive street scenes.
Forming part of the Spitfire Homes Bespoke Collection, each property at Ellenbrook boasts the housebuilder’s Signature Specification with each home appointed with a selection of quality brands and materials, such as designer kitchens and high specification bathrooms/en suites, and open-plan layouts suit a variety of modern lifestyle requirements.
Energy efficiency is a significant part of the design and specification too. All homes at Ellenbrook benefit from heating and hot water supplied by air-source heat pumps and are equipped with photovoltaic (PV) solar panels along with battery provision. Electric vehicle charging points and underfloor heating also come as standard.
Matt Vincent from Spitfire Homes said: “The premium new homes at Moreton-in-Marsh are the latest addition to the Spitfire Homes Bespoke Collection. They provide prospective buyers with a balanced lifestyle, offering a peaceful and attractive setting whilst maintaining connectivity.
“They also appeal to the modern homebuyers, from families and couples to individuals and downsizers, who are looking for that added touch of luxury and efficiency. Following our previous successful schemes in the Cotswolds, we’re very excited to mark our return to the region with such a unique offering.”
