Robertson Homes is offering significant price savings on selected plots at its Bowes Manor development...

Robertson Homes, a multiple winner of prestigious WhatHouse? Awards, has announced a reduction in price of some plots at Bowes Manor in Burnopfield, County Durham.

The 48 new homes being built at Bowes Manor include two-bedroom bungalows, three-bedroom terraced and semi-detached houses, and four- and five-bedroom detached homes.

The development is just nine miles from Newcastle city centre and five miles from the much-admired Metrocentre, but there are plenty of local amenities too, with the village’s own convenience stores, takeaways, doctors and a dentist as well as Hobson Golf Club, Lintz Cricket Club and Burnopfield Cricket Club. The A1(M) and well-ranked schools are also easily reach from home here.

The 1,771-sq-ft ‘Hutton Garden Room’ on Plot 3 and Plot 10. These are four-double-bedroom/three-bathroom detached houses with open-plan kitchen/dining/garden room and an integral single garage. The price of Plot 3 has been reduced from £459,995 to £449,995, a saving of £10,000, while Plot 10 has gone from £468,995 to £449,995, a reduction of £19,000.

Plot 9 is the detached ‘Lawrie Garden Room’ house type, offering 1,850 sq ft of living space and an integral single garage. Four of its five bedrooms are doubles, and two of them come with en suite. There are both a garden room and a utility room off the comfortable kitchen/dining room, with a cloakroom and a lounge completing the layout. The price has been reduced by £9,000, from £478,995 to £469,995.
