View Home Opens At Gloucestershire Village Scheme
Piper Homes has opened the doors to a ‘view home’ at its new Cotswolds development, Royale Gardens, where 80% of the properties have already been sold off-plan.
Royale Gardens is located close to the centre of Upper Rissington, just two-and-a-half miles from Bourton-on-the-Water in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Once complete, the development will comprise 26 new homes in a range of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom house designs, all individually designed for the development.
The view home, named ‘The Glacier’, is the first completed property at Royale Gardens. For the first time, customers are now able to walk around this three-bedroom house and get a feel for what their own home could be like.
