Running Out Of Time For Great Offers At Colchester Site

House-hunters in Essex should act quickly if they want to make the most of the substantial offers that Persimmon Homes is offering at its Castellum Grange development in the heart of Colchester.

This development will be delivering a wide range of two-bedroom apartments and two-, three- and four-bedroom houses available, which offers a choice for all sorts of buyers, whether seeking a first home, accommodating a growing family or downsizing to a low-maintenance, energy-efficient new build home.
