Housebuilder’s New Homes In Norfolk For £250,000 Budget

Persimmon Homes, one of Britain’s largest housebuilders, is currently offering a number of homes at its sites in Norfolk which could be a perfect choice for buyers with a £250,000 budget.

Festival Park is around 20 minutes from Norwich in the village of Easton, which is has a convenient link in the A47 to the likes of Dereham, Swaffham Market and Kings Lynn. The village itself has some essential services, while a selection of supermarkets and major brands can be found at Longwater Retail Park, just five minutes away. For families, the area has numerous well-rated schools

‘The Moseley’ is a terraced house priced from £250,000 and it is setover three floors. Theground floor is very open-plan, dedicated mostly to the combined kitchen/dining/living room, though there’s a cloakroom to hand too. The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the top floor has the master bedroom.

In Belton, just outside Great Yarmouth, Bluebell Meadow is at Phase 4, with a choice of two-bedroom semi-detached houses, all the way up to spacious five-bedroom detached houses. Prices start at £210,000. The coast and Norfolk Broads are both within easy reach, making it a great choice for lovers of outdoor life. From £240,000 here is ‘The Alnwick’. Off the hallway is the cloakroom and a door to the lounge and the front of the home, which in turn leads past some useful understairs storage to the kitchen/diner with its French doors to the garden. The bathroom upstairs serves two double bedrooms. There’s private parking outside.
