Development Launches In Hilton, Derbyshire
The highly anticipated launch of Owl Homes new development in Hilton took place last weekend, seeing the doors open to the latest sales office and the three-bedroom show home, which is now available to view by appointment.
Massey Place, a small development of just 34 homes, offers the “best of both worlds”. Located off Egginton Road, in the picturesque village, it is surrounded by Derbyshire countryside, yet benefits from excellent transport links and local amenities.
Prospective buyers will be able to choose from a range of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes in a variety of carefully selected designs and styles, all of which are traditionally built to a high standard and offer a generous specification. The three-bedroom 'Guscott' has been selected for the show home and showcases Owl Homes’ design, interior layouts and attention to detail utilised to make all these properties stand out against the competition.

The first release of homes, which will complete in summer and autumn this year, sees a variety of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, with prices starting from £190,000, rising to £340,000.
The new Help to Buy scheme will also be available at Massey Place. This is for first-time buyers only and will be available on any home up to the value of £261,900. The scheme will see purchasers needing just a 5% deposit, and the government will lend up to a further 20% in the form of an interest-free loan, which will help to reduce the monthly mortgage repayments for the first five years.
The sales office and show home at Massey Place is now open Thursday to Monday between 10.00am and 5.00pm, at present by appointment only.
