This allows buyers to reserve the home online subject to availability, pay a reservation fee and then visit the development sales centre within 72 hours to confirm the reservation. It supports buyers to secure their preferred brand-new home at a time that is initially convenient to them, and also reflects the changing habits of buyers both during and the pandemic and beyond.
