Reservation Day At Hampshire Retirement Living Scheme
Award-winning McCarthy Stone is inviting locals in Basingstoke to find out more about its forthcoming Island View retirement living development at an exclusive appointment-only Reservation Day event on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 April.
Island View on Shortwood Copse Lane is proving to be a roaring success, with over 50% of the available apartments already reserved off-plan following the sales release of Phase One and Two, which are now sold out. The free Reservation Dayevent takes place on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 April between 10.00am and 4.00pm at the sales office at nearby development, Wayfarer Place on The Dean in New Alresford. Attendees will need to book a private, one-to-one appointment with McCarthy Stone cales consultant, Julie Mansbridge, in advance in order to maintain social distancing and ensure everyone’s safety.
All those who attend will receive an information pack which contains a brochure, floor plans, prices, and service charges details. There will also be an opportunity for retirees to make a reservation and secure their stake in Island View. Virtual appointments are also available. Alternatively, you can book an appointment to see the team at Gascoigne-Pees on Winchester Street in Basingstoke, who will be available at the office within the estate agents every Saturday.
