Posted 9 September 2022 by
Helen ChristieLovell Homes has unveiled three brand new show homes at its sought-after Drummond Park development in Ludgershall, on the former Defence Medical Equipment Depot.
The WhatHouse? Award-winning housebuilder launched the three-bedroom Lansdown, the four-bedroom, two and a half storey Ombersley, and the four-bedroom Stockwood. Drummond Park will consist of a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, ideal for young professionals, couples and growing families alike.
Now that the show homes have launched, homebuyers can book an appointment with the sales team to visit the development, tour the show homes, and find out more about the properties available to purchase.
Julie Bowen, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, says: “Drummond Park is a stunning development featuring homes that would be ideal for everyone, from first-time buyers and growing families, to commuters and downsizers. There are just two homes left for 2022 completion, making this the final chance to move to Drummond Park this year. This development is in high demand, so we would highly encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch right away to avoid missing out.”
The two homes currently available at Drummond Park that are set for completion in 2022 are two four-bedroom Roseberrys. The remaining homes at the development are set for completion in 2023.
The development is being delivered by Lovell in partnership with Homes England, and will consist of 412 homes on the former Defence Medical Equipment Depot.
Drummond Park will feature a collection of 309 two-, three- and four-bedroom open market Lovell homes, and 103 affordable homes – 40% Shared Ownership and 60% affordable rent – for leading housing provider Stonewater.
