Wiltshire Developer To Host Part Exchange Event This Weekend
WhatHouse? Award-winning developer Lovell Homes is hosting a Part Exchange weekend event at its Drummond Park development in Ludgershall, to encourage prospective buyers to make the switch to a brand new home.
Located on the former Defence Medical Equipment Depot, Drummond Park is a beautiful collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, perfect for young professionals, couples, growing families and those looking to rightsize.
The Part Exchange event at Drummond Park is taking place on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 April, from 10am to 5pm.
At the event, current homeowners looking to make the move to a brand new home will be able to meet with the Lovell sales team, an Independent Mortgage Advisor from ABP Mortgages and Part Exchange specialists The New Homes Group, to learn how they can purchase at the development by Part Exchanging their current property.
Part Exchange offers homeowners a guaranteed cash buyer for their home, without them needing to pay expensive estate agent fees or worrying about traditional chains collapsing at the last minute. A Lovell Homes representative will view the existing property and take advice from independent estate agents on its value, before making an offer. Upon acceptance, the developer will immediately reserve the buyer’s chosen Lovell home, meaning they can relax knowing their dream home is secured.

Suzie Hewitt, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, says: “We are incredibly excited to be hosting our Part Exchange event at Drummond Park this weekend. Part Exchange is a great way for homebuyers to be offered peace of mind during the homebuying process, allowing them to focus on the excitement of owning a new home without experiencing the usual stress that comes with selling a property. We would encourage anyone who is interested in this scheme to get in touch as soon as possible and meet with our friendly team this weekend, to find out more about how Part Exchange can benefit them.”
Drummond Park is being delivered by Lovell in partnership with Homes England, and will consist of 412 homes on the former Defence Medical Equipment Depot. Drummond Park will feature a collection of 309 two-, three- and four-bedroom open market Lovell homes, as well as 103 affordable homes, 40% Shared Ownership and 60% affordable rent for leading housing provider Stonewater.
