Launch In Corby On Friday
Lodge Park Homes is launching its latest development on Friday 11 March – Woodland Chase in Corby.
Located in Priors Hall Park, off London Road, Woodland Chase is a collection of 87 private sale two-, three- and four-bedroom homes. Among them are the ‘Orchid’, a two-double-bedroom house with kitchen/dining room, a living room with French doors to the garden, understairs storage, cloakroom, family bathroom and an en suite to bedroom one. The three-bedroom ‘Peony’ is an example of three-storey living, with the kitchen separate from a living/dining room, and the top floor dedicated to the en suite main bedroom.
The specification of all homes includes a range of kitchen options, some built-in appliances, gas-fired central heating, numerous electrical/TV/BT/USB sockets and contemporary design bathroom sanitaryware and fittings. Some plots have electric car charging points and photovoltaic panels.

The ‘Rose’ house type
Priors Hall Park is a growing community that started in 2007 and aims to deliver some 5,000 new homes to the area together with a host of amenities to serve residents. Corby railway station is just minutes from the Park and offers services to London taking around 72 minutes. Regular trains also run to Nottingham and Sheffield. By road, the M1 and M6 are easy to get to for access to a host of major towns and cities.
