Homebuyer Event For Yorkshire Property Hunters
Linden Homes' Tara Fields development in East Ayton will be hosting a Home Exchange event on Thursday 11 August, with financial and sales experts on hand to guide potential purchasers through the customer journey.
Home Exchange works in the same way as Part Exchange, where Linden Homes will help customers sell their existing property at the best price and move into a brand new home. If the property fits the Home Exchange criteria, Linden Homes will arrange for at least two estate agents to value it and agree a realistic purchase price with the buyer, based on current market values.
Linden Homes, part of Vistry Yorkshire, will then buy the property, leaving the customer free to make the move to their brand new home as soon as it is ready.
Sales manager for the Scarborough region, Frances Skinner says: “It couldn’t be simpler. Customers looking to move to a new build and/or a bigger property can use the Home Exchange scheme to save money and cut out delays from property chains and remove estate agent fees.”
The event will also give visitors the opportunity to see just what the development and the local area have to offer.
