Final Homes For Sale In Barnack

Linden Homes East Midlands, has nearly completed construction at Kingsley Place, off Uffington Road, with just four homes now remaining available to reserve.

Kingsley Place comprises 80 new homes, including 57 three-, four- and five-bedroom houses for private sale and 23 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom homes provided as affordable housing.

Weronika Maslak, sales manager for Linden Homes East Midlands, said: “We’re now coming towards the end of the build at Kingsley Place, which has been sensitively constructed with stone-fronted houses to complement the local area and village setting.

“We have also made a significant investment in local infrastructure through the planning agreement, totalling £780,716, that will benefit future generations of residents in Barnack, as well as providing public open space as part of the development.

“It’s no surprise that the homes at Kingsley Place have been snapped up quickly and the four houses remaining are in three- and five-bedroom detached designs, making them perfect for families or buyers looking for extra space.”

The homes left for sale at Kingsley Place start from £310,000 for a three-bedroom house, and £575,000 for a five-bedroom home.

As part of the Section 106 agreement for the development, Linden Homes, part of the newly-formed Vistry Group, is providing £752,966.54 as a Community Infrastructure Levy for the Kingsley Place development and contributing £27,750 to install and maintain a replica of the Barnack Hills and Holes feature at the development.

Maslak added: “As an added bonus, those completing their purchase of any of these homes before 31 March will not have to pay Stamp Duty on the first £500,000, due to the Stamp Duty holiday which is in place until then.

“This represents the maximum stamp duty saving of £15,000 on a five-bedroom home, with no stamp duty to pay at all on the three-bedroom homes available.”
