As Christmas approaches, housebuilder Millgate is getting into the festive spirit by launching its ‘12 Days of Millgate Magic’ campaign, which has some very special incentives available for purchasers.

From Tuesday 1 to Saturday 12 December, there will be a exclusive gift incentive for everyone who reserves a new Millgate home on that same day (terms and conditions apply). Millgate will be revealing the gift incentive daily on social media, so house-hunters are encouraged follow the housebuilder on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter so that they don’t miss out.

Each day will be a surprise and the company is confident all the gifts are well worth unwrapping – but will be keeping each day’s offer a secret until that morning – all part of the fun! However, it has given some examples of the kind of gifts that will be, including home technology and furniture packages to landscaping vouchers, all of which are worth thousands of pounds.

All buyers who reserve during the ‘12 Days of Millgate Magic’ event will also be entered into a draw to win a holiday voucher worth £6,000.

The housebuilder’s show homes are also getting a seasonal makeover as it has brought in its interior design partner, Alexander James Interiors, to showcase how the homes look when all dressed up for festivities.
