Homebuyer Event At Warwickshire Development

Helen ChristieOn Wednesday 18 January, L&Q is hosting a homebuyer event for aspiring purchasers at their Warwickshire development, Beauchamp Park, between 4pm and 7:30pm.
The homebuyer event precedes L&Q’s launch of eight brand new three-bedroom Shared Ownership homes, which will be released at the development on 4 February.
The event will offer a chance for hopeful buyers to learn more about the Shared Ownership process and speak to a range of experts, including independent advisers who will be on-hand to provide financial advice and support with mortgage applications. The Beauchamp Park sales team will also be available to answer any questions guests may have, including about the upcoming launch of three-bedroom homes and future phases at the development.
Set across a 20.9-hectare site, Beauchamp Park forms part of the Warwick Gateway urban extension, a major new residential quarter for the region located a short drive from Warwick.
