Keith OsborneKingswood Homes believes “there is no time like the present” for Lancashire homebuyers who want to move into a new property and for a very limited time, the housebuilder is paying the Stamp Duty on three plots as a Christmas gift at its Green Hills development.
The properties, two four-bedroom ‘Dovecote 4+’ and one bungalow can be moved into as soon as the new year. Located on phase three of the development, off Livesey Branch Road, the homes also come with carpet included and the bungalow comes with additional fixtures such as light fittings, curtains and a landscaped garden.
Lesley Myers, sales director at Kingswood Homes said: “These homes are special. You don’t often see new build bungalows on the market and this one is a spacious two-bed including a room in the roof. Downstairs one of the larger rooms could be used as the main bedroom and the room in the roof would be a great space for when grandchildren or other family members come to stay.”
The ‘Dovecote 4+’ is a three-storey, four-bedroom home with a unique multi-level garden with plenty of potential. Myers added: “Green Hills has a fantastic hillside location with great views and the ‘Dovecote 4+’ make the most of this. The garden includes a lower-level patio that is accessed from the first of the four double bedrooms and from the kitchen on the first floor, bi-fold doors open out onto the upper-level garden which homeowners access over their very own bridge.”
Green Hills is surrounded by panoramic views and countryside which includes the West Pennine Moors and Pendle Hill with sight of well-known landmarks like Hoghton Tower and Darwen Tower. It is close to Blackburn town centre.
The bungalow is priced at £299,995 and the ‘Dovecote 4+’ start at £319,995. Two brand new show homes at Green Hills are open daily from 10.00am to 5.00pm. Find out more at www.kingswoodhomes.uk.com.
