Housebuilder Sells 200th Home At Site Near Blackburn

Kingswood Homes is celebrating the sale of its 200th home at Green Hills in Feniscowles.

The housebuilder is working towards Blackburn With Darwen Council’s target of delivering 440 homes across 136-acres by 2026 as part of the Gib Lane masterplan.

The milestone comes on the deadline for entries in the company’s Great Big House Giveaway (Tuesday 13 September), where one lucky entrant will win a home worth some £250,000. The winner will be announced at a gala ball very soon.

As building work has progressed, Kingswood has moved out of the original sales office and show home and into a new sales centre on Cloudberry Curve.
