Stamp Duty Offer For Banbury House-Hunters
Kendrick Homes has a Summer Savings Stamp Duty offer for a limited time on some of the brand new properties at its White Horse Meadows development in Banbury.
The development is named after the famous statue in the centre of town and it’s bringing a range of terraced, semi-detached and detached houses with two to four bedrooms to a location on the northern outskirts of town.
Stamp Duty is a government tax that homebuyers have to pay as a percentage of the price of their new property. You can find out details here but even for a mid-market property (whether new build or second hand), this can be an expense of thousands of pounds that we could all do without.
Kendrick Homes, for a limited time and subject to terms and conditions, is offering to pay the Stamp Duty on behalf of the buyer of some of the homes for sale at White Horse Meadows.
