Special Offers Introduced At Glenrothes Site
Major housebuilder Keepmoat is encouraging house-hunters in Fife to take a close look at it Westwood Park development on the outskirts of Glenrothes, where the company has just introduced a range of offers on selected properties there.
These special deals could be worth thousands of pounds to qualifying buyers and are available on a range of house types.
Cashback offer
There’s a £10,000 cashback offer on a couple of properties, a nice way to have a budget for some extras, furniture or a well-deserved holiday.
‘The Buchanan’ is a semi-detached three-bedroom house with open-plan kitchen/dining area with French doors, separate bay-windowed living room, downstairs WC, en suite to bedroom one and family bathroom for the others to share. There’s private parking too. Prices start at £229,000.
‘The Balvenie’ is priced from £279,000. This detached home with private parking has a lounge at the front, understairs storage, cloakroom and an open-plan kitchen-diner. Three of its four bedrooms are doubles, with an en suite to one of them. Single bedroom four has a useful walk-in storage cupboard and the family bathroom completes the layout.
LBTT paid
No one likes paying Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) and will welcome Keepmoat taking care of the bill.
