Special Offers Introduced At Glenrothes Site

Posted 14 August 2023 by Keith Osborne

Keepmoat has some substantial offers on select three- and four-bedroom homes at its Woodland Park development...

Major housebuilder Keepmoat is encouraging house-hunters in Fife to take a close look at it Westwood Park development on the outskirts of Glenrothes, where the company has just introduced a range of offers on selected properties there.

These special deals could be worth thousands of pounds to qualifying buyers and are available on a range of house types.

Cashback offer

There’s a £10,000 cashback offer on a couple of properties, a nice way to have a budget for some extras, furniture or a well-deserved holiday.

‘The Buchanan’ is a semi-detached three-bedroom house with open-plan kitchen/dining area with French doors, separate bay-windowed living room, downstairs WC, en suite to bedroom one and family bathroom for the others to share. There’s private parking too. Prices start at £229,000.

‘The Balvenie’ is priced from £279,000. This detached home with private parking has a lounge at the front, understairs storage, cloakroom and an open-plan kitchen-diner. Three of its four bedrooms are doubles, with an en suite to one of them. Single bedroom four has a useful walk-in storage cupboard and the family bathroom completes the layout.

LBTT paid

No one likes paying Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) and will welcome Keepmoat taking care of the bill.

‘The Fyvie’, starting at £239,000, has this offer on selected plots, which is worth over £1,800. Some also include flooring/appliance packages and contributions to mortgage and legal bills. This house type has French doors to the garden from the dual-aspect kitchen/dining room, a separate lounge, downstairs WC, en suite to bedroom one, additional double and single bedrooms and a contemporary bathroom.

‘The Braemar’ starts at £289,000, a four-bedroom detached house with integral single garage. The rear garden can be accessed from the lounge, and there are separate kitchen and dining room. Bedroom one has en suite shower room, and there’s a bathroom to share between two more double bedrooms and a single bedroom.

Deposit contribution

Saving for a deposit can be a real hurdle for would-be homeowners, so a contribution from Keepmoat of over £10,000 could make all the difference.

‘The Roxburgh’, from £235,000, is semi-detached and set over three floors, with private parking. The ground floor has a lounge with bay window, a kitchen/dining room and a cloakroom; the first floor has two bedrooms and the family bathroom; and the top floor is dedicated to bedroom one and has an en suite and a large storage cupboard.

Set on the edge of Glenrothes, Woodland Park is only three miles from the town centre and under five miles from Kirkcaldy. Find out more about Westwood Park from Keepmoat.
