90% Sold At Hodthorpe Development

Keepmoat Homes is celebrating the success of its Hoddings Meadow development in the Derbyshire village of Hodsthorpe, which is now 90% sold.

This is a development of three- and four-bedroom house types located on the outskirts of Worksop, and it has attracted a wide range of buyers thanks to its variety of properties and budgets, and some of the handy buyer initiatives available on selected plots.

Complementing the new homes are public open space and a play area, and there are some great local amenities too, including two primary schools, and a railway station in nearby Whitwell. Countryside is all around, and the National Trust’s Clumber Park isn’t far away. Further away, it’s just five miles from Worksop town centre and Leeds, Sheffield and Nottingham are all 40-60 minutes away.

Of the homes remaining for sale, Plot 2 is the detached, three-bedroom ‘The Warwick’. It is priced at £239,995 and for a limited time comes with £7,000 worth of extras. On Plot 55, ‘The Windsor’ has a similar layout and right now comes with £5,000 worth of extras, including flooring, garden turf and integrated appliances.

‘The Rothway’ on Plot 66 is a four-bedroom detached house priced from £249,995 with a current offer of £6,000-worth of extras including kitchen appliances, flooring and turfing. There are two of ‘The Staveley’ available, from £259,995 and £261,995 respectively. This detached property has three double bedrooms (one with en suite) and an integral single garage. Both homes come with the offer of flooring and turfed garden.
