Keith OsborneHouse-hunters who want to find out more about the Home Reach ‘part buy-part rent’ scheme are invited to an event at Bayard Plaza in Peterborough for an event on Saturday 23 October, between 10.00am and 4.00pm.
A booking is not required, but anyone interested in attending is advised to make an appointment in order to secure the opportunity to speak to a financial advisor who will be on hand to help you discover if they qualify.
There’s a special offer too – anyone reserving one of the properties here before the 31 October 2021 you will receive flooring, white goods and £1,500 towards legal fees (subject to terms and conditions).
Home Reach is a scheme run in a partnership between housing provider heylo and a number of housebuilders across England which gives buyers who meet the eligibility criteria the opportunity to ‘part buy-part rent’ a brand new home. You can purchasing a share of a new build home (usually starting at 50%) and pay a subsidised rent on the remainder, with heylo as the landlord. The scheme is offered on selected plots at a development and provides all the benefits of homeownership but requires a much smaller deposit (5% of the share price) and smaller mortgage than purchasing outright. Over time, owners can buy further shares as their budget allows, until they own 100%.
Located in the heart of Peterborough, Bayard Plaza is a collection of two-bedroom apartments which have the benefit of balconies and views across the city. The homes are built by The Brightfield Group and come with secure and gated underground parking and automated entry system into the development.
A two-bedroom apartment here comes with an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area and an en suite to the master bedroom. Kitchens and bathrooms are fitted with top-brand appliances and there are luxuries such as USB sockets, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. A 50% share is from £93,750 (full market value £187,500) and requires a minimum of a 5% deposit of £4,688.
A busy lifestyle can often mean it is hard to spare the time for the little things in life like taking deliveries. Bayard Plaza provides the answer to this, with the security and convenience of a concierge service. The well-equipped residents’ gym provides plenty of opportunity to exercise, tone and focus on overall wellbeing, and there’s also a more relaxing option in the cinema room, which seats up to 12 people at a time. Shops, restaurants and cafés are on the doorstep and it’s under 15 minutes on foot to Peterborough’s well-connected railway station. Find out more from Home Reach.
