Posted 20 October 2020 by Keith Osborne

Housebuilder Hill hosts an event for buyers to find out more about the government-backed scheme on Saturday 24 October...

Multi-award-winning developer Hill is inviting house-hunters in the Cambridge area to a Help to Buy event at its Marleigh development on Saturday 24 October.

Located to the east of the city, this development will eventually comprise around 1,300 new homes, a mix of houses and apartments, complemented by a host of amenities such as a two-form entry primary school, sports pitches, a community centre, a market square, as well as green open spaces, public parks, woodland walks and allotment gardens. There will also be new cycle and walking routes.

At the Help to Buy event there will be an independent financial advisor on hand to discuss how you can secure your new home with just a 5% deposit via the government-backed scheme. Reserve your new home during the event and you will pay no Stamp Duty and to make your move even easier, Hill will pay your legal fees up to £2,000, plus a John Lewis voucher up to £3,000 to help you furnish your new home.

Currently, apartments start at 264,950, two-bedroom houses at £424,950 and three-bedroom at £524,950. Some are available to move into by Christmas!

An appointment to attend the event, taking place at the sales and marketing suite on Newmarket Road, can be made at [email protected]
