Christmas Offers On Selected New Oxfordshire Homes

House-hunters in Oxfordshire might find their ideal home through a special limited-time deal at Graven Hill, where there are some deals worth £20,000 on selected plots.

Graven Hill is a new Garden Town taking shape on the southern outskirts of Bicester. It’s a well-connected place within easy reach of the town centre and Bicester Village Outlet Centre, and about 14 miles from Oxford. The development will comprise a whole host of home types, from apartments to large detached houses, and there’s a significant amount of self-build and custom build homes which buyers can personalise. All residents can enjoy the setting of open green spaces including woodlands, allotments and a network of cycle and footpaths.

For destinations further afield, it’s just three miles to the M40 and Bicester Village railway station offers regular services to and from London Marylebone (around 70 minutes) and Oxford (around 15 minutes).

The Christmas offers on new homes here are focused on two of the three-bedroom house types, both of which have a full range of integrated appliances to their contemporary kitchens, a downstairs cloakroom, an en suite to the main bedroom, and parking for two cars.

Subject to terms and conditions, these offers are valid on reservations before 30 January 2024 and completions on or before 29 March 2024.

Plot 490 is ‘The Wheatley’, a detached property with 1,006 sq ft of living space, with an open-plan kitchen/dining area at the front with double doors to the living room at the rear. This in turn has French doors to the garden. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and family bathroom. Priced at £425,000, house-hunters are invited to ask about the offer of up to £20,000 of contributions to a bespoke range of costs that the buyer can choose.

Plot 491 is ‘The Launton’, which is a semi-detached house with 1,009 sq ft of living space. The whole of the downstairs is open plan, combining the fitted kitchen with lots of flexible space for dining and relaxing. The rear garden is accessible by French doors. Two of its three bedrooms are doubles, with a family bathroom completing the layout. Priced at £400,000, this home has the offer of up to £20,000 towards the buyer’s deposit!

The marketing suite at Graven Hill is open five days a week: from 10.00am to 4.00pm on Saturday and Sunday and from 10.00am to 5.00pm on Monday, Thursday and Friday. Visits on Tuesday and Wednesday can be made by appointment.
