Final Phase At Sustainability-Focused Gosport Development
Local estate agency Fox & Sons in Gosport has announced that the last homes at Priddy’s Hard Peninsula have now launched.
The final phase, comprising of Cook House and Cartridge Close, will offer 21 three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.
Built by Elite NuGEN, the family homes have a wide range of sustainable features, including artificial intelligence that monitors daily routines to reduce energy consumption and PV solar panels which store excess energy in a lithium-ion battery, resulting in energy savings of 75%. The homes also offer full flooring packages providing carpets in living rooms, bedrooms and staircases which use underlay made from 85% recycled materials. At an additional cost, buyers can purchase garden rooms for working from home needs, as well as a selection of garden designs, including ‘Biodiversity’ for sustainable gardening.
“It has been fantastic to deliver these environmentally friendly homes over the last couple of years”, says Roy Bennett, new homes sales manager at Fox & Sons Hampshire. “The importance of delivering this development has risen even more this year, given the rising cost of living and the importance to buyers of choosing a home which impacts positively on the environment. With the potential of saving up to 75% on bills, and given the speed that the rest of the development has sold at, we expect these last homes to sell just as quickly.”
Remaining homes at Priddy’s Hard Peninsula start at £360,000, with first-time buyers able to utilise the government-backed Help to Buy scheme. Given the notable accolades of the site, including Best Sustainable Development Gold and Small Developer of the Year Silver’ from the prestigious WhatHouse? Awards, agency’s team is advising prospective buyers to book a viewing as soon as possible.
