‘Home Viewing’ Opportunity For East Leake Scheme

Posted 12 January 2023 by Keith Osborne

David Wilson Homes has introduced a handy video tour for house-hunters to find out more about its development, The Skylarks...

David Wilson Homes has given house-hunters the opportunity to view its thriving development The Skylarks in East Leake, Nottinghamshire, from the comfort of their own homes.

A newly created video features drone footage from above and around the development, with the housebuilder giving prospective buyers an idea of the layout and surroundings of its growing community off Rempstone Road.

The surrounding open space and tree lined avenue which leads up to the development are highlighted within the video, providing the ideal landscape for the two-, three- and four-bedroom homes currently available to buy.

The interior of the four-bedroom ‘Winstone’ show home is revealed within the clip, which boasts a spacious lounge, open-plan kitchen and family area, as well as a double detached garage with parking for up to four cars. The second show home which is also featured, consists of two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, making it the perfect option for first-time buyers or for those looking to downsize.

Rachael Harrison, sales director at David Wilson Homes East Midlands, said: “We wanted to make the homebuying process as easy as possible for our potential customers, starting from when they choose their location. As the video demonstrates, The Skylarks has something for families, first-time buyers, young professionals and downsizers alike. We’re delighted to be able to offer this online video for people who are interested in the development, as it allows them to have a tour of the development without having to leave the house.”

The Skylarks is conveniently located close by a variety of amenities in the rural village of East Leake, including a convenience store, a fruit and vegetable shop, a farm shop and a number of high street shops, restaurants and pubs. For those with children moving to the development, highly rated Brookside Primary School, Lantern Lane Primary School and East Leake Academy are all within the village catchment area, whilst a brand new primary school is underway directly next to the development.

Commuters can reach the likes of Nottingham, Leicester and Derby all within 30 minutes, whilst East Midlands Parkway and Loughborough railway stations both have routes to London St Pancras in under two hours.
