A new and limited selection of apartments is now available at David Wilson Homes’ Trumpington Meadows development in Trumpington, around three miles south of Cambridge city centre.

The new collection of two-bedroom apartments, called Osprey House, is one of the final opportunities to join the sought-after development with a limited number of homes available.

Apartment living is ideal for first time buyers in particular as they provide a great opportunity to make the step onto the property ladder. One-storey living also provides a great space to create a modern home feel. Current design trends, such as minimalism, work perfectly in an apartment space.

The Osprey House apartments include an open-plan kitchen diner and living area which has French doors that open onto a private terrace, and help to fill the room with natural light. The homes also include two spacious double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite, in addition to a family bathroom, and private parking. All of the apartments also benefit from a fully integrated kitchen and flooring throughout.

Will Phair, sales director at David Wilson Homes Cambridgeshire, said: “We are really excited to show off our new Osprey House apartments to Cambridgeshire homebuyers. These apartments are ideal for those looking to make the step onto the property ladder, and provide an opportunity to join this flourishing development.”

Trumpington Meadows provides residents with a perfect combination of city and country living. It is surrounded by glorious landscapes with a 148-acre country park on the doorstep of the development. There are a number of amenities in close proximity of the development’s including an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school. The centre of Cambridge can be easily accessed using the Trumpington Park and Ride.

Prices start at £409,995. Find out more about Trumpington Meadows from David Wilson Homes.
