House-hunters in Leicestershire are being offered some substantial deals by developer Cora on the current homes for sale at The Old Sawmill in Great Bowden.

It’s a development of 33 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes located in one of the county’s oldest villages, featuring several small greens which are surrounded by beautiful listed buildings. There’s a post office, general store, coffee house, village hall, cricket and tennis clubs, and a couple of pubs right on the doorstep here.

The properties at The Old Sawmill have a contemporary style designed with a range of lifestyles in mind.
