Developer Consero is inviting house-hunters to its waterside Britannia Wharf development on Saturday 26 June...

On Saturday 26 June, from 10.30am to 4.00pm, WhatHouse? Award-winner developer Consero will be hosting a special summer Saturday event on the waterside at Britannia Wharf in Woking.

Zo Khan, partner at selling agent Seymours, said: “We are making this event a summer celebration. Picture the bunting fluttering in the breeze, an ice cream van, Euro footballs being handed out, music and soaking up the atmosphere of relaxed living in this beautiful woodland and waterside location. We are inviting viewings so people can see for themselves what makes these luxury apartments so special, with their bright inviting interiors and their stunning location on the Basingstoke Canal. Covid-19 safety measures are of course in place and viewings are by appointment.”

Steven Glover, co-founder and land and sales director of Consero, said: “60% of the apartments and penthouses at Britannia Wharf have already been reserved before we even complete the development in September and I think that is because Britannia Wharf has the perfect blend of beautiful apartments, a tranquil lifestyle, and connected living. Purchasers are truly buying into the unique lifestyle here.

Britannia Wharf“The location of the development is idyllic as it overlooks the historic Basingstoke canal to the fore and is adjacent to common land, so offers natural views from every aspect and easy access to the Surrey countryside. Britannia Wharf is also within 20 minutes’ walking distance to the town centre and Woking railway station which has great direct commuter links to London Waterloo in just under half-an-hour.”

Britannia Wharf comprises 52 canalside one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom penthouses, currently priced from £245,000 to £500,000. The development is set to complete build in September 2021.

Consero has put safety measures in place to make show homes COVID-19 secure and to comply and exceed all government guidelines. Find out more from Consero.
