Helen ChristieWhatHouse? Award-winning developer Cala Homes (West) is set to launch its latest development in Kirkintilloch, with Weaver’s Brae launching off plan on Saturday 7 October.
Located off Market Road, the East Dunbartonshire development will feature 170 homes with a total of 16 different housetypes on offer.
Weaver’s Brae will include a comprehensive mix of family homes, but it will also introduce two brand new Cala housetypes, the Abbott and the Abbey, both one-bedroom additions never seen before in the west of Scotland.
Weaver’s Brae will offer some of Cala’s most popular housestyles from its Light & Space Collection with designer kitchens and contemporary bathrooms as standard. It will also launch a Community Pledge showing its commitment to the local area, and it will be one of the first west of Scotland developments to incorporate bird and bat boxes, bee bricks and green corridors.
Launching on Saturday 7 October from Cala’s Jordanhill Park in Glasgow’s West End, the development offers homebuyers the opportunity to live in a sustainable community with ample amenities nearby and fantastic transport links, ideal for downsizers, first-time buyers and growing families.
From one-bedroom cottage apartments to three-bedroom semi-detached and terraced homes, to four- and five-bedroom detached homes, there is something to suit a range of budgets and buyers.
Louise Dunn, marketing manager for Cala Homes (West), says: “East Dunbartonshire is a highly popular place for those looking for somewhere to call home, so we are delighted to launch another development in this highly sought-after address. Weaver’s Brae offers the best of both worlds as it enjoys a gorgeous semi-rural setting whilst also being within easy reach to the city and beyond. With brand new housetypes launching, including our one-bedroom cottage homes, there is a variety of different homestyles to suit all types of buyers looking to buy new, and we’ve seen plenty of excitement surrounding the forthcoming first release. I’d recommend getting in touch with our sales team to book an appointment and explore the options on how to make a move to Weaver’s Brae a reality.”
The first phase of homes released will be launched off-plan at Cala’s Jordanhill Park development on Saturday 7 October. Prices within the first release of Weaver’s Brae start from £299,995 for three-bedroom terraced homes.
