Two Show Homes Launched In East Lothian

Cala Homes (East) has unveiled two stunning new show homes in East Lothian showcasing the best of local businesses within contemporary homestyles for the region.

The five-bedroom Gordon and Hamilton show piece show homes in Saltcoats Grange in Gullane are now available for potential homebuyers to visit by appointment. The homes have been launched as part of a brand new collection of four- and five-bedroom homes in this desirable location by the WhatHouse? Award-winning homebuilder.

Expertly designed by Eileen Kesson of Envision Interiors, visitors can uncover hidden local gems throughout each property, thanks to Cala’s ‘Showhome of Support’ initiative.

The project sees a selection of show home items sourced from businesses in the surrounding area, adding a personal touch from the local business community to the homes. The Gordon and Hamilton house types are designed to showcase the very best of the development’s coastal location, as well as demonstrating Cala’s high specification standards to prospective buyers.

The rustic Scottish landscape which surrounds the Saltcoats development is alluded to throughout the interior design of each property, with Harris Tweed cushions from local Gullane retailer The Black House giving a nod to the stunning surroundings of the homes. 

The versatility of both show homes is also celebrated, with a Fender guitar strap from Vintage and Retro taking centre stage in one of the spacious bedrooms, designed to  showcase the exciting design ideas which can be achieved inside a family home.

The Gordon and Hamilton house types are among four new show piece homes in the latest collection of show homes by Cala Homes (East). The collection also includes the five-bedroom Elliot home in Glenacre, Roslin, and the five-bedroom Lowther home in Inchcolm Green, Aberdour.
