Offer Available At Shared Ownership Homes In Gloucestershire

Posted 13 March 2023 by Helen Christie

Bromford currently has an exclusive offer available at two developments in Gloucestershire…

New homes provider Bromford is encouraging Gloucestershire first-time buyers to enquire about its stunning Shared Ownership apartments available at two developments in the county, where homebuyers can benefit from a £750 offer.

Bromford is providing a range of two-bedroom Shared Ownership apartments at the Perrybrook development in Brockworth and at Pirton Fields in Churchdown, which are available to move into this summer.

Perrybrook, located on Court Road, is a stylish collection of two-bedroom apartments built by WhatHouse? Award-winning developer Taylor Wimpey. Pirton Fields, built by five-star housebuilder Bellway, offers two-, three- and four-bedroom homes on Cheltenham Road East.

Shared Ownership gives first-time buyers and those who do not currently own a property the opportunity to secure a new build home with Bromford. Homebuyers pay a mortgage on the share they own, and pay rent on the remaining share, meaning only a smaller deposit is required.

At both developments, Bromford is allowing homebuyers who reserve a brand new home by Friday 31 March to build their own offer, worth £750. The buyer can choose to put the funds towards white goods, legal feels, flooring or a Ring security package.

At Perrybrook, a selection of The Harrier style apartments are available, priced from £80,000 with a 40% share value. The Harrier is designed with open plan living in mind, and features a free-flowing, spacious kitchen and living/dining room, with French doors leading out to a Juliet balcony, allowing for plenty of natural light. The home is completed with two bedrooms, a family bathroom and multiple storage cupboards.

Over at Pirton Fields, The Bartholemew style apartment is available from £77,000 with a 40% share value. Built to a high specification, The Bartholemew opens onto a generous hallway with plenty of storage. This leads into a modern, open plan kitchen and living/dining room, creating the perfect space for entertaining family and friends. Across the hallway is a double bedroom, a single bedroom which can be converted into a home office with high-speed fibre optic broadband, and a stylish bathroom.

Catherine Jarrett, director of sales and marketing at Bromford, says: “We are delighted to be giving homebuyers this £750 offer, to help them kickstart life in their new Bromford home. The Harrier and The Bartholemew are both fantastic apartments, which are perfect for those looking to take their first steps onto the property ladder and move into a space they can call their own. We don’t expect these apartments to be on the market for long, so would encourage anyone who is interested to get in touch without delay, to avoid missing out on our brilliant offer.”
