Keith OsborneBromford has unveiled a range of new Shared Ownership apartments at the popular Perrybrook development in Brockworth, Gloucestershire.
Perrybrook, located on Court Road, is a collection of one- and two-bedroom apartments constructed by five-star housebuilder Taylor Wimpey.
Shared Ownership gives first-time buyers and those who do not currently own a property the opportunity to secure a new build home with Bromford. Homebuyers pay a mortgage on the share they own, and pay rent on the remaining share, meaning only a smaller deposit is required.
One of the Shared Ownership homes now available to property seekers is the ‘The Harrier’, which is priced at £80,000 with 40% share value (full market value £200,000). One property, Plot 155, is currently the Home of the Week and will be move-in ready with flooring included throughout. This two-bedroom apartment is designed around modern open-plan living and features a spacious combined living and dining area that flows into the fitted kitchen. There’s one double bedroom and one single bedroom, which can be converted into home office as needed. Finishing the home is the modern bathroom and plentiful storage in the form of a large cupboard in the hallway.
There is also ‘The Goshawk’, a two-bedroom apartment priced at £82,000 with a 40% share value (full market value £205,000). This cosy, first-floor coach house apartment is accessed via a private front door, and features two spacious bedrooms, one of which features French doors to a Juliet balcony and one that can be converted into a home office, guest bedroom or walk-in wardrobe with ease. Like ‘The Harrier’, this home also features a modern open-plan kitchen, living and dining area which creates a perfect space for entertaining.
Catherine Jarrett, director of sales and marketing at Bromford, said: “We are delighted that these high-quality apartments are now available for Gloucestershire property seekers. They are expertly designed in a wonderful location and future residents can truly benefit from the close-knit community that comes with apartment living.”
