First Homes Go On Sale At Witchford Development
The first homes have been released for sale at Bellway’s The Vickers development in Witchford. A selection of three- and four-bedroom houses are now available to purchase at the site, where the first residents are expected to move in this August.
A sales office and two show homes have also opened at the development. The three-bedroom detached ‘Carver’ and four-bedroom detached ‘Bowyer’ are available to view, but strictly by appointment only in-line with coronavirus guidelines.
Bellway is building 110 homes at The Vickers, including 75 properties for private sale and 35 affordable homes for rent or Shared Ownership. An additional six plots on the site have been allocated for self-build homes. Construction work at the development, which is located off Manor Road opposite Witchford Village College, began in August 2020.
The Vickers is an Artisan Collection development, featuring Bellway’s flagship range of houses designed to combine traditional craftsmanship with the latest construction techniques.
Rachael Gatehouse, sales manager for Bellway Eastern Counties said: “The Vickers is in a desirable village location which offers an attractive rural setting with a range of shops and other amenities within walking distance.
“As well as the new play area which is being created within the site, the development is close to several existing green spaces, such as Cathedral View Park and Common Road play area.

As selection of three- and four-bedroom houses are currently available at The Vickers, with prices starting from £274,995. The sales office is open Friday to Monday from 10.00am to 5.00pm and Thursdays 12.00pm to 7.00pm.
