Final Home Available At Wickwar Development
Posted 11 February 2021 by
Keith OsborneConstruction work at a new housing development in Wickwar has reached the final stages, with just one home now remaining for sale.
Bellway is due to complete work at Tyndale Reach, an 80-home development off Sodbury Road, in the summer. The final property available is a five-bedroom ‘Moreton’ detached house, priced from £692,995, that will be ready to move into by July.
Buyers can take advantage of Bellway’s Express Mover scheme to help speed up the process of selling their existing home. Under the scheme, Bellway instructs a local estate agent to market the customer’s old property for them as well as paying the estate agency fees.
Rachel Way, sales manager for Bellway South West, said: “The final property left for sale at Tyndale Reach is a spacious detached house built with growing families in mind. It has a traditional two-storey, double-fronted design, with impressive living space to suit contemporary lifestyles.
“Express Mover is a really valuable scheme that will benefit house-hunters who are looking to make a speedy move. We do most of the legwork involved with selling a property, taking the stress out of the process.”
Tyndale Reach features a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes sold privately, alongside 28 affordable properties for local people.
Way said: “We’ve seen a significant number of local families moving to the development seeking to upsize into a more comfortable living space while still benefitting from the quaint village surroundings in Wickwar. Tyndale Reach has also proven popular with professionals wanting to travel to work easily, as it has excellent commuter links to Bristol, Bath and Gloucester.
“Those who are thinking of purchasing the final home at Tyndale Reach should act fast, as we don’t expect it be available for much longer.”
