Great Offers On Housebuilder’s East of England Sites

Housebuilder of the Year 2019 – has substantial offers on a host of different house types and budgets at many of its current developments across the East of England – though you’ll have to be quick to make the most of some of them.
Offers range from contributions to Stamp Duty and mortgage payments to low reservation fees and upgrades included – and there are also opportunities to use schemes such as Deposit Unlock and Part Exchange on selected plots. Through the Part Exchange Guarantee scheme, you will receive any profit that the housebuilder makes when it sells your existing home. Subject to terms and conditions, there’s a chance for keen house-hunters to save thousands of pounds.
Here are some of the offers on developments in Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk
Essex
Riverside Grange in North Fambridge has three- and four-bedroom homes priced from £449,995. The ‘Winstone’ from £764,995, is a substantial and fully furnished detached former show home which comes with over £23,000 worth of upgrades.
Great Dunmow Grange has three-, four- and five-bedroom homes priced from £442,995 to £895,995. The three-bedroom ‘Edwards’ at £442,995 could make a great starter home and it comes with some kitchen upgrades. Qualifying buyers could make the most of an offer worth over £17,000 towards your bills.
High Elms Park in Hullbridge has four- and five-bedroom house types from £549,995 to £777,995. One is the ‘Belchamps’, a detached home with a study in addition to its four bedrooms, where the buyer could receive up to £15,000 towards your bills.
Mortimer Place is in Hatfield Peverel and it offers three- and four-bedroom homes starting from £464,995, some of which are ready to move into now. Of the others, the ‘Chelworth’ at £734,995 has four double bedrooms, a study, separate lounge and dining room and a south-east-facing garden. It’s available through Part Exchange Guarantee and has the offer of £25,000 towards bills.
‘Wilford’ house type at Sawbridge Park
Hertfordshire
Sawbridge Park has two- to four-bedroom homes with starting prices from £407,500 to £845,000. The semi-detached, two-bedroom ‘Wilford’ at £407,500 comes with a generous garden and over £3,000 worth of kitchen appliance upgrades. It can be purchased through the Deposit Unlock scheme with a 5% deposit, just over £20,000.
Norfolk
Cringleford Heights, near Norwich, has four-bedroom homes from £434,995, including the ‘Layton’ at £534,995, with £5,330 towards flooring and £21,400 towards Stamp Duty.
Woodland Heath in Sprowston, where three- and four-bedroom houses start at £353,995. One example is the detached ‘Ingleby’ at £385,995, with upgrades to kitchen and flooring and a contribution of up to £15,000 towards household bills in the first year.
Kingfisher Meadow in Horsford offers three- and four-bedroom homes from £354,995 right now for the ‘Hadley’, a great first home with three bedrooms that comes with an offer on upgrades and bill contributions worth up over £20,000.
Suffolk
Abbots Green is Woolpit has two-, three- and four-bedroom homes priced from £224,000. Already 70% sold out, there are some homes ready to move into including the ‘Winstone’, from £614,995, which comes with upgrades worth nearly £12,000 and the housebuilder will contribute up to £25,000 to household bills.
