Barratt Developments, WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year 2019, has many live sites across the East of England and right now, some excellent offers on selected plots for sale.

The developments are available under the well-respected Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands and between them have a real mix of property types to suit many buyer requirements and budgets. Bedfordshire

Willow Grove is a part of the successful, growing new community of Wixams, near Bedford, which also benefits from great commuter links by road to Luton and Milton Keynes, and excellent commuter rail services. Barratt Homes has an impressive selection of properties for sale here, with from two to five bedrooms and starting prices between £280,995 and £544,995.
