Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes are providing an insight into how it will ensure its Cringleford Heights development in Norfolk supports the surrounding environment.

One of the main ways in which Barratt and David Wilson Homes plans to make its Cringleford Heights development more eco-friendly is by retaining over two hectares of public open space in the area. Particularly in more urban regions, this large expanse of green space can help to achieve reductions in air pollution and improve air quality for both humans and other creatures.

Since the construction process began at Cringleford Heights, the developer has made an effort to retain any plants or trees which existed before the building took place.
