Homebuyer Events In Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire This Weekend

Posted 7 February 2023 by Keith Osborne

Barratt Developments is inviting house-hunters to learn more about its new Instant Part Exchange scheme...

Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes – part of the Barratt Developments group, WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year 2019 – is hosting an exclusive event across some of its Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire developments this weekend, where house-hunters can receive expert advice on how to secure their ideal home.

Property seekers who are wanting to move home without the stress and hassle of finding a buyer for their own home first, are being encouraged to head down to the developments to find out more about the housebuilder’s new Instant Part Exchange scheme. With it, the housebuilder will arrange for specialist independent selling agents to value the buyer’s existing home, and could make an offer based on the agents’ valuations in as little as 24 hours. Once the offer is accepted, buyers can stay in their present home until their new home is complete. The scheme offers existing homeowners the opportunity to reserve a brand new home without the need of finding a buyer of their own.

These events will run across both Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 February.

In Nottinghamshire, the event will take place at The event, which is taking place at Romans’ Quarter in Bingham, Fernwood Village in Fernwood, Beeston Quarter in Beeston, Gateford Park in Worksop and Old Mill Farm in Brinsley,

In Leicestershire, the event will take place at New Lubbesthorpe and City Heights in Leicester, Wigston Meadows in Wigston, Grange View in Hugglescote and King’s Meadow in Melton Mowbray.

Martyn Parker, sales director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes North Midlands, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming visitors to our exciting event this weekend, where our team will be on hand to answer any questions about our Instant Part Exchange scheme.”
