Housebuilder’s Events In Nottinghamshire This Weekend

Barratt Developments – a former WhatHouse? Housebuilder of the Year which has developments under its Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands – is hosting house-hunters events at three of its sites this coming weekend.

The events are free to the public and will take place on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 July from 10.00am to 5.30pm on both days and they give potential homebuyers a chance to take a tour of the properties available, and to find out more about how they can save money and hassle when securing a new home.

In Market Warsop at the development off Stonebridge Lane, Stonebridge Fields, Barratt Homes is hosting an event exclusively for first-time buyers, who can receive mortgage advice from an expert financial adviser, and qualification for a home loan. Plus, guests can take a tour around the three-bedroom ‘Ellerton’ show home to help them picture what life could be like at the development.

Also at Stonebridge Fields, the neighbouring David Wilson Homes development is hosting an event to inform homebuyers about Part Exchange, which is a scheme that helps to simplify the homebuying process and reduce the hassle for the purchaser and their family. A financial adviser will also be present to assist those attending the event on Sunday. Through Part Exchange, the developer can be the guaranteed buyer of the purchaser’s home, enabling buyers to be chain-free.

Stonebridge Fields is home to a range of two- to five-bedroom properties a short distance away from a range of key facilities including a primary school and nursery, shops, pubs, cafés and a church.

DWH at Romans’ Quarter

In Bingham at the Dunsmore Avenue development, Romans’ Quarter, David Wilson Homes is also inviting house-hunters to its Open House event to take a tour of the properties it has available. Romans’ Quarter offers three- to five-bedroom homes under both brands, and provides great road links for anyone travelling via the A46 and A52. It is also situated in close proximity to Bingham railway station, where residents can access the likes of Nottingham, Derby, and Leicester with ease.
