Weekend ‘Behind The Scenes’ And Open House Events Taking Place In Norfolk

Posted 7 September 2023 by Keith Osborne

House-hunters in Norfolk are invited to special events at a number of developments across Norfolk from Barratt Homes...

Barratt Homes is inviting house-hunters to special events taking place on Saturday 9 September and Saturday 16 September at some of its current sites in Norfolk.

On Saturday 9 September, there’s a chance for prospective homebuyers to take a guided tour of the professionally designed show homes at two developments, as well as tour some homes which are still undergoing construction there. Visitors can put on a hard hat and hi-vis jacket to view selected properties in their early completion stages.

Cringleford Heights is in Cringleford and currently offers a range of three- and four-bedroom houses priced from £324,995. Woodland Heath is located in Sprowston and its available new homes with three or four bedrooms start at £299,995. At both sites, visitors to the event can talk to the sales team face-to-face about the properties and some of the great current deals on selected plots, including deposit and mortgage contributions, flooring packages and upgrades. At both these sites, there are neighbouring developments from David Wilson Homes that attendees can view while there.

Alison Page, sales director at Barratt and David Wilson Homes Anglia, said: “This weekend is an excellent opportunity for Norfolk property seekers to come and examine the wide range of homes we are currently building on site. Being able to view a property during the earlier stages of its construction enables future residents to really connect with their new home and enjoy keeping track of its progress throughout each phase of the building process.

“The event is free of charge, with a number of our expert advisers on hand throughout the day to answer any questions potential homebuyers may have, and we look forward to meeting anyone who attends on Saturday.”

The following weekend, on Saturday 16 September, Barratt Homes is welcoming house-hunters to another event at its Wayland Fields development in Watton. With a few properties ready to move into at the development, the event will give homebuyers the chance to secure and settle into their new home ahead of autumn. Starting prices for three- and four-bedroom homes for sales range from £264,995 to £359,995, with some substantial deals on some plots.

On the same weekend, Barratt Homes is also hosting an Open House event at its Ceres Rise development in Swaffham. Those who attend will be able to look around the three- and four-bedroom show homes, which are both fully furnished with inspiring on-trend design. There are three- and four-bedroom homes here too, ranging in starting prices from £264,995 to £386,995. Visitors can ask about a number of limited-time offers on selected properties.

Alison Page said: “Due to limited spaces across our events this weekend and next weekend, we’d like to encourage anyone interested in attending to reserve a place with one of our sales advisers.”
