Aberdeenshire Housebuilder Seeing Popularity Of Part Exchange
Posted 21 December 2020 by
Keith OsborneWith the property chain always a risk to house-hunters selling a current home to buy a new one, ‘second-steppers’ welcome the offer of Part Exchange to remove the risk of things falling through, Barratt Homes has found in Aberdeenshire.
Barratt buys the existing property, removing the need to use estate agents and pay their fees, but the housebuilder also pays a fair value for the home, allowing buyers a chain free transition to their brand new property. Once the sale is agreed, the buyer can approach their lender to conclude the purchase of their new home. This initiative applies to buyers of a new home where construction of the home is complete, or due for completion within eight weeks.
Part Exchange is available across many of the housebuilder’s North Scotland developments, including:
Hopecroft, Bucksburn – Six miles from Aberdeen city centre, three- and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached homes are currently available here, priced from £265,995. Ready to move into in Spring 2021,some properties here also have offers of LBTT paid and include upgrades and extras.
