Mayor Opens Show Home In Bedhampton
House-hunters in Hampshire have a new option for their search after the Mayor of Havant officially opened a brand new show home at Harbour Place, a Barratt Homes development in Bedhampton.
Cllr Rosy Raines was invited to the development, situated in the much-loved area of Hampshire, to open the doors of its three-bedroom ‘Ellerton’ show house. This is the first time that the ‘Ellerton’ property style has been made available for buyers to look around in the region. It boasts a large, open-plan kitchen with ample dining space, French doors that lead to the garden and a good-sized lounge for all the family to relax in. Upstairs there is a main bedroom with en suite shower room, a further double bedroom and a single bedroom, and a family bathroom.
Cllr Raines was full of praise for the construction team’s work at the site in Bedhampton and was honoured to announce the official opening of the new show home. She said: “I can see this being a real hit with buyers looking for a perfect family home and I am pleased to be the one that can officially open the doors of the ‘Ellerton’ show home – ready to welcome excited buyers and offer a taste of what life could look like at the development.”
Cllr Raines was also invited to the pre-launch event at David Wilson Homes’ development on the same site, and added: “There’s already a great community building here at Harbour Place and it’s lovely to see neighbours making friends and families building memories. I’ve no doubt the development will prove very popular and will be a very welcome addition to the area of Bedhampton.”
Harbour Place is a collection of two-, three- and four bedroom homes, situated close to Bedhampton and the surrounding area of Havant. The town centre is very nearby with a good selection of local schools, shops and family friendly restaurants, and with excellent road links to Chichester, Portsmouth and Southampton, it is in an ideal location to explore all that the South Coast has to offer.
