Deposit Boost Offer Extended In Northumberland

Keith OsborneBarratt Homes has extended a special offer at Blossom Park in Pegswood, where it will provide up to £10,000 as a boost to the deposit on a new home.
There’s only one home that qualifies for the deposit boost offer, and the deadline for reserving it to qualify for the gift has been extended to Sunday 13 December.
Plot 97 is the ‘Derwent’, a three-bedroom detached home with an integral single garage. Inside, a spacious lounge leads into a light and airy open-plan kitchen/diner with a feature glazed bay that opens out onto the rear garden. There is also a separate utility area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, with the generously sized main bedroom featuring its own en suite and dressing area. The third bedroom is a single room that could equally function as a home office – crucial to many house-hunters today.
This home has landscaped gardens to front and rear, and there are views of fields in the surrounding countryside. In addition to the garage, a block paved driveway comes as standard with space for two cars. It is priced from £245,495.
Blossom Park offers a collection of three- and four-bedroom homes in the small village of Pegswood, just north-east of the market town of Morpeth and around ten minutes’ drive to the coast at Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. With the A1 not far away, a commute to Newcastle-upon-Tyne takes around half-an-hour, as does a rail commute from Pegswood.
There are two show homes open here, open to view by appointment seven days a week. Buyers can ask about Part Exchange, and there’s a special scheme for NHS workers that provides their 5% deposit as a gift from the housebuilder.
