Housebuilder’s Best-Selling Development In Cambridge

Barratt Developments has reported that Darwin Green was its most successful development in the Cambridge area in 2020, with more than one property there being sold every week.

Under its Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands, the company sold over 70 homes at the Huntingdon Road community, including a range of houses and apartments to a variety of buyers. The first phase of properties from David Wilson Homes has now sold out.
