Two Show Homes Open In Creswell

Avant Homes has unveiled two new show homes for buyers to view at its Portlands development in Creswell, Derbyshire.

Located off Skinner Street, the show homes are part of the latest stage of the popular Portlands development that is bringing an additional 88 homes to the Derbyshire village. This newest features a collection of two-, three- and four-bedroom semi-detached and detached design-led homes, across 14 of Avant’s signature house types.

One of the show houses now available to view is the three-bedroom ‘Kinnerton’, which is a design-led detached home featuring an open-plan kitchen and dining area leading to a relax space overlooking the bi-fold doors. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms with an en suite and sliding wardrobes in the master bedroom.

The second show home is the four-bedroom ‘Lathbury’ which is a double-fronted detached house with a separate garage. Inside, the ground floor features an open-plan space for cooking, dining and relaxing with a separate living room and study, while upstairs includes four double bedrooms.

Every home at the development will come with a specification which includes a selection of exclusively designed kitchens, master bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and bathrooms that benefit from full-height tiling. Bi-fold doors come with each property as standard, filling the open-plan living areas with natural light and adding to the sense of space in the homes.
