First Of 59 Homes Released At Burnopfield Scheme

Avant Homes has launched the first phase of homes for sale at its brand new Fairway View development in Burnopfield, County Durham.

The 59-home, £16.3million Fairway View development is situated just off Barcusclose Lane and features three and four-bedroom design-led detached homes across 13 signatures house designs. The first homes available are priced from £254,995 for a three-bedroom detached home to £314,995 for a four-bedroom property. Show homes will open in September 2021 with the first residents expected to move into their new properties this autumn.

Each of the homes at Fairway View comes complete with the housebuilder’s latest specification as standard, which includes an open-plan living space with a designer kitchen and integrated appliances, bi-fold doors, full-height tiled bathrooms and underfloor heating, which is the housebuilder’s newest enhancement to its standard specification.

Avant Homes North East sales and marketing director, Christine Harrison, said: “Being situated in a semi-rural location such as Burnopfield with the North East’s countryside and proximity to towns and cities is a fantastic combination and we’re expected our new Fairway View development to prove extremely popular with a wide range of buyers.”

Fairway View is ideally situated on the edge of Burnopfield village and is on the doorstep to some of the North East’s picturesque places to visit in the Derwent Valley, including the Gibside estate. Close to the development is the A692, which leads directly to Gateshead and Newcastle, making Burnopfield the ideal location for commuters.

Fairway View is one of the four developments Avant Homes has launched since the beginning of 2021. The four latest developments are located across Sunderland, County Durham, and Gateshead, and will provide 557 new homes for the region.
